A recent survey found that the economy, energy crisis and healthcare reform are some of the most pressing issues for Gen Y voters in the 2008 presidential election.

Experience.com, the nation’s largest career site for recruiting talented young alumni and college graduates, polled 12,900 undergraduate and graduate students, as well as young professionals.

Survey participants cited the following as the most important issues for the next Presidential Administration: Economic stimulation (58%), Energy crisis (50%), Foreign policy (39%), Healthcare reform (39%), Education reform (37%), Unemployment (35%), Global warming/climate concerns (34%) and Social issues (26%).

Approximately 77% of young voters said entry-level job creation was a factor in how they will cast their vote.
