Oh snap! Eco-friendly dance club

I’m may be going to England next month and came across this nugget while planning what to do there.
Apparently in London there’s a club called Surya that has a high tech dance floor that generates electricity by people dancing on it. Tiny energy crystals in the ceramic tiles create sparks the more you move on them.
The club also generates power from solar panels and has furniture made from recycled items. It sounds like this would be a place for smelly hippies, but my British friends tell me this place is bangin’ on Friday and Saturday nights.
I’m not much of the clubbin’ type but I am really curious to see this first hand when I go. Check out a video of this place by clicking here.
