Even Jesus loves Guitar Hero

August
27

And the latest person to jump on the Guitar Hero bandwagon is… God.

Digital Praise, a Christian video game company, announced it will be releasing “Guitar Praise,” a game similar to Guitar Hero that will allow players to play their favorite Christian rock songs with guitar shaped controllers.

Now you can strum the night away with smash Christian rock hits by Hawk Nelson, Seventh Day Slumber and Nate Sallie!

As a Muslim, I feel jilted. I should create the game “Ramadan Hero,” where I can boogie to tunes like “Ahmed the Red Humped Camel” and “All I want for Ramadan is my two front teeth, and not to be randomly searched at the airport.”

Guitar Praise will be available for PCs and Macs on Sept. 25.

I don’t think that’s a bad idea but I do love your delightful sense of humor. And while you are at it, if you are going to create Ramadan Hero, don’t forget to franchise out and also pick up the rights for Quanza Hero (QH) and Hannuka Hero (H2), I personally think H2 will be a smash!
